How can a Food Coach help you?

Unlike a dietician who creates diet plans according to medical specifications, food coaching helps with the actual implementation and compliance with these given plans. But what exactly is being done here?

Food coaching as a practical aid to stay healthy

So how exactly does the coaching work? Of course, this always depends on the individual case, but here are a few examples of how I can help you:

  • You want to lose weight, but you can't? We analyse your calorie needs and your actual calorie intake. There is usually a mismatch here.

  • You want to lose weight, but despite a strict diet, nothing changes on the scale? Well, you may eat too few calories, which caused your metabolism to slow down.

  • Do you need help with the implementation of the nutrition plan that you have been given?

  • Are you unable to make the necessary lifestyle adjustments (home-cooked food, less alcohol, sugary snacks vs healthy options, exercising more, drinking more water etc.)? Let's talk about that!

  • Do you suffer from a chronic situation and just need a few ideas on how to implement your doctor's advice? I am sure we find a suitable way for you!

First Steps

Let us have a chat, foc of course. During this short phone call, you can describe your concern or goal, and I can show you steps on how we can achieve this goal together.

If you decide to work with me, we will start the sessions with an anamnesis or a short analysis of the status quo: ​

  • Where do you want to go?

  • Where are you at the moment?

  • What is preventing you from reaching your goal? ​


We will make a plan how to get you to your goal and go this path together during the coming sessions.

The sessions will take place presumably online, via video call. Your information will of course be treated strictly confidential!
